Bad service and harmful furniture

We have bought most of our home furniture through @Home. All my outside plastic furniture for around the pool. The minute any part of your body touches this furniture it feels like fibre glass in your skin and burns for hours. We have tried to get an answer out of @Home for over A Year now and sadly nobody from Head office gets back to us. Very poor service.
