BAD SERVICE

I ordered a lot of furniture online. My delivery arrived without my bed and two couches. I have been emailing a few people without getting a proper response. They send me copies of POD's, but further than that nothing. Getting them to even acknowledge an email is a mission. After reading the other reviews about the bad quality I think I should now return all my furniture to them.
