BAD QUALITY Products!
On the 1st of May 2020 when levels were relaxed, I walked into the @HomeLivingSpace to report defects or rather to report that my kitchen counter leather chairs were opening up at the seam and since they were now open, I would need to bring in the chairs for assessment etc. the young gentleman who was assisting me then took down my details in order to contact me and further advise on steps that would follow. I am still awaiting for that young gentleman to call me.
Fast forward to about a month and a half ago or so, I then took my chairs to the Pavilion @homelivingspace where another gentlemen who is I think a Manager there who then took pictures and explained how TFG works and he then took pics of my chairs and sent them off somewhere and he would then await feedback on the matter. Now the Chairs had deteriorated quite badly and the gentleman also noted some quality issues with the leather and stitching, but needless to say the feedback I got from him was rather dissappoiting as the people who had assessed that there was "abuse" on the chairs. I was really infuriated by this comment and equally so, the manager was also taken aback by this. Needless to say I am still sitting on these worsening chairs and have had no further assistance from these guys and I am also definitely sending this review to the Ombudsmen as I have paid for a product that in less than a year looks like it's been through two wars!
May I get further assistance regarding this matter so I can finally never go back to shopping for anything at @homelivingspace!
