BAD ONLINE SERVICE

I received an email from @home for a special that they had on scatter cushions on the 1st July2021. I followed the link and ordered one on the 1st after 5. When checking out the system kept telling me that the special had ended but it was still the 1st. i logged a query on the first I received a reference number and since then I've been making calls to @home and emailing but I'm being sent from pillar to post . Nobody has made the effect to get back to me even though they kept promising me they would get back to me . I'm so disappointed because I always support @home, Today is 20th and I have still not heard from them at all!
