Bad furniture quality and poor service

Bought a couch in Nov 2024 in less than 3 months the couch bent in the middle. Complained about it their customer car for the brand is horrible. You know what is worse I topped up R23k to buy a different couch from the, 2 weeks later the couch is not yet delivered to me and I topped simply because I knew refund will take ages to be resolved but I can assure you this is my last purchase at this shop they are horrible
