Bad Egyptian cotton bedding

So after complaining that my Egyptian cotton bedding has frayed and torn to pieces after 2 years I got a sorry this is the first time we have experienced this with Egyptian cotton so they will offer me 30% off my next purchase. Unacceptable. You pay thousands of rand for something that hardly lasts 2 years. I had to replace the sheet because it frayed and the new one has split also. This is about customer service. Do you go to a shop and say sorry this is the first time a Jersey has split. They don’t either question it. 30% discount you are still making money for you faults! Own it don’t make me pay. There is other people out there too. Can’t just be me!!
