Bad customer service / inferior quality expensive pots

I would never do this but about 6 years ago I bought a Bacarat cast iron pot set , immediately after use the coating started coming off, I then got a stainless steel with glass lids with lifetime guarantee my problem is I emailed the customer service dept about 2 weeks ago , a person with terrible attitude calls me yesterday I had to explain this story again and then she placed me on hold came back to the phone and told me that the guarantee is not on the lids pot only please bare in mind that I have an induction hob,, like 2 years ago I cooked using the small saucepan i made a cheese sauce and the glass crumbled I thought maybe just the heat that was too high, but then it happened to second and third. Then the attitude no way I use to buy from this business but they will definitely never use them again my daughter also had a similar problem recently and the staff is really not the best.
