Bad customer service

My experience at @Home left much to be desired. I went there looking for a bed to buy and i got no service. I had a converstion with a friend on the phone complaining about the service and the employees were within earshot, and yet still no one attended to me. I had to shout "can i please get some assistance" for someone to take notice. Regardless of how beautiful your items are, the shopping experience made me want to walk out. I only got attention once i had purchased an item, and that was not due to your staff. Please fix this as this was not the first time.
