Bad customer service at @Home Wonderpark

Such bad customer service at @Home Wonderpark. I bought a misty fan in December. It suddenly stopped working a few weeks back. I took it back to the store to have it checked out, they said they'd call me. Two weeks passed, no phone call. I went into the store last week and requested a refund since they cannot revert back to me with an update. They said their system is offline and said they'd call me. I went back again today since I received no phone call and I was told they have no money in their tills. This baffles me cos the refund is to the store account and not a cash refund. It's clear the sales assistants are just not willing to assist me. I just want my money back! They can keep their poor service! I am tired of their excuses!
