Bad batch of oven dishes

I received 2 of the exact same oven dishes from a friend for my birthday. I took them of the tissue paper a week ago. Used one, it just broke in half while it was in the oven (I have a photo to prove). This evening I used the other one and when I was washing the dish I noticed a crack that ran right through the dish and when I turned it around I could see the olive oil I used was seeping right through. So that is 2 in one week...the exact same batch and the exact same dish with the exact same outcome after one use. After it happened to the first dish I mentioned it to a lady who works at the N1 City @Home shop and even showed her the photo. She told me that they have had a few people come in with the exact same problem for these dishes and the range was discontinued because of this. I am extremely upset about this as I was so inlove with these dishes. They were perfect and exactly what I needed...and now both are broken. How is this possible? I am a BIG @Home shopper and most items in my kitchen are from ********** I shop there because of the quality and the style...I am VERY dissapointed!
