Bad @ Home online service

I bought an item online and received something totally different from what i ordered. When i queried this, i was met with an explanation that basically told me that the only solution is, to go to the store for a refund and i cannot swap for the order that i originally ordered. Firstly the item i got was on sale now i am left with an item that was incorrectly allocated to me
