Baccarat Stone pots - HANDLES EXTREMELY HOT
I purchased the Baccarat Stone oil free cooking pots (10 piece cookset) from @Home recently and I am enjoying the oil free part of the pots. I am very much concerned about the handles getting extremely hot during cooking, its an extremely dangerous situation. Please can these pots be changed to be more safe to handle.

Thank you for making us aware of your experience. As part of the returns process you would need to take the set back to the Store you purchased it from and they will send it in for assessment. They will advise once our QA department has evaluated the pots.
Thank you

19 Nov 2018, 12:04Thank you for the response, to be more specific its the 2 pots with the stone like handles (which I use for casseroles and stews). Those are the ones I use a daily. The rest of the pot handles have the normal safe handles.

19 Nov 2018, 12:48I am alerting you to the fact that there is a serious problem with the pots. What purpose would it serve taking them back to the shop, unless the pots would be modified to be more safe. If its for simply testing then your QA team can simply walk into any @Home store and choose those 2 pots and test them. Even by simply putting boiled water into the pot the handles immediately get hot too.

Could you let me know which Pot Set it is that you have - I need the SKU number to make sure that it is the same one you have. It should be on the box or on the receipt. Please email the details to the following email: ***
