To whom it may concern<br> <br> I'm writing to you disappointed about the opening special that was held in Tygervalley shopping mall in one of the TFG shops.<br> <br> Last week I was told the special will be sometime towards the end of the month, with that information I sacrificed doing other things I wanted to do because I was saving for the big special.<br> <br> It came as a shocking surprise when I hear that the special was actually last night. So I drove to the store to confirm those rumours and I was told the same thing. <br> <br> The staff members seemed to have been hijacked about the change of dates and also they were still in shock too, because of the customer turnout during what they expected to be the busiest day in the shop.<br> <br> As a loyal customer for TFG I hereby requesting for an opportunity to spend my the money that I saved for what to me is a special to come 50% off.<br> <br> Your response will be highly appreciated<br>
