@Home terrible service!!!!!

I bought a Barista coffee machine at Stellenbosch a few years back. Wonderful coffee for a few years. Suddenly the machine did not have any pressure anymore.... Suspecting the pump stopped working I took it back to Stellenbosch Eikestad Mall @Home in September 2018. I had one phone call from somebody at there service centre in Cape Town telling me that they are sending it to the service centre in Johannesburg. I have not heard anything from them since! @Home is failing their customers with terrible service!!!!
