@Home have cost me money and given me bad credit

On 29th November I went to @Home to buy a coffee machine for my dad for Christmas.
A Nespresso machine was on sale for R1900 with a milk machine and R350 coffee voucher. I collected my own box off the shelves and went to pay. Eunice rang up the Nespresso machine, the purchase went through when I saw it was the wrong amount/machine! The one that went through was R2750! Having not checked with me, I had paid for the wrong one! R850 too much! Eunice told me this is not a problem that a refund would show immediately in my account. She went to collect the right machine and I purchased it.
Today is the 1st Dec, today my debit orders are due, and the money has not been returned to my account as Eunice had told me it would!
I contacted the store, Lisl said it would take 7 days for me to get my money back!
1. Why was the special Nespresso for R1900 not on the shelves in the first place?
2. If I was given the correct information I would NOT have purchased the 2nd machine! As I would have known I needed the 2nd purchase money for my debit orders!
A \sorry"is NOT acceptable for uninformed staff that have now cost me money and given me a bad credit record! Plus I now have no money!"""
