@home customer service no reply to email

I bought bath towels on black friday and wanted a matching hand towel but they didn't have in the colour I bought at Sandton city, so they checked and told me design quarter has. I went to design quarter they didn't have. I went online I couldn't find the color so I emailed customer service to find out if they stock the colour and no reply. Followed up a few days later, no reply. First time I've experienced no reply from any customer service!
