@Home:Don’t purchase COUCHES from them,poor quality !!!

I purchased couches approx.3yrs ago and they are peeling .I went to the store and complained about this and they sent an assessor to view them and the assessor advised me that he will get back to me .This was last year and to date and after several emails to the store NO ONE has contacted me. When I initially logged a complaint ,I was asked if I used any chemicals on the couch and I advised them that I clean them with plain water as I was advised when I purchased them and then they asked me if they were placed at direct sunlight and I said no.

The assessor did say it was so weird because it is peeling at an awkward place (were people hardly sit ) and yet the place with the most traffic sitting has absolutely no issues .

I am so disappointed and disgusted as there has not been any feedback on this matter!!
