@Home took my gift from me.

On 11 April 2024 went to @Home Mall of Africa to exchange a birthday gift received on 06 April 2024 at my party. Instead of them processing an exchange they credited the account of person who bought me the gift and said they didn’t know it’s not my account. The fact that I went to the store with glasses and left with nothing when all I wanted was to exchange. I’m so hurt and disappointed by the store because they said theirs is nothing they can do . I love and believed in the brand that why friends and family buy me gifts from there. They say the person must go to store and buy me a gift again… imagine. The person lives in another town. I just want my glasses.
