@Home the worst retailer

I bought a stainless steel gas kettle at @ Home in Constantia for my gas hob. After a couple of months I noticed it started to discolour. I took it back to the shop and the shop assistant said she will send it to their technical department. I got a call from the shop, saying the problem is it came into contact with flames! Off course, it will come into contact with flames. She said that was what she was told. I then phoned their Head Office. The guy I spoke to said he will check with the technical department. He phoned back and said the say they have never had complaints and there is nothing he can do. I will never buy anything from @Home again. I bought a new kettle from Smeg and have absolutely no problems with it!
