@home the worst first experience, would never recommend

This is by far the worst service that I have received. Our eyes are buying every single day since Monday with the chemicals that we don’t know from this bed. We wake up with headaches every day and jokes aside we had to take painkillers every single day since the bed was delivered. We have a smell from the bedroom that smells like paint. We tried to be nice but is this the service one should get when they have paid to wake up every day with headaches. That’s not even the point outside of us maybe being drugged by their chemicals everyday and waking up with headaches everyday because of the smell that comes from this bed we then have to deal with the bed having a centre piece missing. I mean when we saw it, it was not like that. Images were sent and the lady Dineo was nice and understanding but this has really nothing to do with her the people who installed the bed thought that it was okay for them to lean it that way and smelling like it does. Hai shame we see it in South Africa. I am beyond livid. I’m actually annoyed that they thought this made sense to them. What level of disrespect is this…
