@Home TFG online took my money with partial delivery and no feedback!

Ordered Oxford Corner Unit and Ottoman 24 may 2020. Only Delivered corner unit with no legs! R14399 couch sitting on the floor! still no Ottoman and legs. Call centre keeps making promises for team leaders to call me back, never happens!!! 31 days later not resolved. No one to escalate this matter. Stay away from TFG online because no one is accountable.
