i am not happy with at home i bought stuff on the 1st of July and today is the 16th . After calling numerous times i was assured would get a delivery early week . Since monday i was communicating with their DC and never got any response .

Firstly when i asked if i could collect they said collections are only at the DC for being stuff and today they suddenly can keep it for me at the s**** in sandton until im available for delivery . After stating to them i would not be available after the agreed time which i waited and availed myself for .

i have bought so much from @home and TFG as a whole and this is very detasteful and unpleasant. Business should honour their word and respect their clients .
