@home terrible attitude

My mother purchased a baking dish from @home east rand retail park in Boksburg in August 2023. She only managed to use it this week but once she baked it came out with yellow stains. She went to the store and explained the situation and showed them that the price was still on. She was met with rudeness and no assistance. They said they can’t help her because it would take too long to find the receipt and she should just purchase another dish. Surely this is not how you treat loyal customers.
