@Home store service really sucks

We bought a bed and a matress at the @Home website. The order was confirmed after we paid the money and invoices for both the bed and the matress were sent to us via email. We were told that the delivery was going to be on friday evening (around 17:00). We've been waiting for 3 weeks now and both the bed and the matress have not been delivered. They do not respond to our email we haven't have anything from them why our goods haven't been delivered. Their service is terrible
