@Home sells pathetic hard mattresses with no customer service

I have bought a mattress online from @Home on my Foschine account. After waiting almost a month for it to come it was hard as a brick I couldn't sleep on it. The following day after delivery I have phoned and emailed them to notify that I want to return the matrass as I'm not happy with it. I paid R6500. But mattress so hard I think it's not made to standard maybe a layer of foam missing or something Its now 3 and half weeks I'm still waiting for the collection of this new mattress. I have phoned like 10 times to no avail. I have decided not to pay my account until this matter is resolved. I'm a very unhappy customer. What happened to aftersale service???? I have all the correspondence regarding the emails and phone calls.
