@HOME RETAIL CENTER DOES IT AGAIN PATHETIC POOR SERVICE! USE ALTERNATE STORES, ITS THE POOREST SERVICE EVER.

Once again its been a nightmare, poorest service received again, our entire home as been furnished by this store, after the first incident or first few after spending so much of money i shouldve learnt that customer service is poorest in the store. we have been there yesterday, to make another purchase, however we did not have the card with, we produced identity doc and even had the account paid, they refused to assist us, Elizabeth blatantly refused, all we wanted was to purchase a coffee table for R5000. IT SEEMS AS IF THE STORE DOESN'T NEED THOSE SALES. its ridiculous and frustrating, and then its an inconvenience to be driving up and down. they didnt even have the table in stock and couldnt even assist in ordering the table? is this the type of service we deserve after spending so much of money at the store? IM SURE CORICRAFT AND OTHER STORES DONT GIVE YOU THIS PATHETIC SERVICE, BUT ITS NOT THE FIRST AND IVE ACTUALLY BEEN STUPID ENOUGH GOING BACK IN THE STORE TO SPEND MY MONEY ON **** SERVICE. Rodney the previous area manager also doesnt respond to calls or texts to give me details of the new area manager, it shows clearly how much customer service actually means. its pathetic.
