@home poor service

About a year or more ago, I bought dining chairs @home Design Quarter. These chairs did not have legs and they agreed to assist look for the legs across their franchise. + a year later I have not found the legs, been to all @homes including their warehouse and Design Quarter has not assisted. I tried to return the chairs or exchange the chairs at both the Design Quarter & Mall of Africa store and they refused, mamangement from store and apparently the head office. I am now with these chair and cannot use, also tried looking for alternative legs but struggling! And to imagine the amount money I have spent at that store, I am disappointed and angry! And need this sorted out immediately!
