@Home online shopping a pure inconvenience

The @Home online purchase site, Bash has been unable to load the payment page for over a week and as a result I’m unable to checkout my cart. I went into store to try to get assistance with the purchase and they still could not help. Thanks for turning online shopping into a complete hassle through a very poorly designed online shopping site.

Also how can a business be so out of touch with their online shopping service to have this issue persist for so long. Very very disappointing.
