@Home Middelburg bad service

I’ve bought a diffuser 2 weeks ago at @home. It worked twice and it was broken. I took it back to Middelburg Mall’s @home. I left my oil that I got with the diffuser unopened in the box. The lady replaced my diffuser but took my oil. I said to her I haven’t used it yet and she asked me why did I put it back in the box. So she gave me a new diffuser but kept my oil. I was furious. It’s pathetic.
