@home is a ****

I will never buy a product from @home again and I invite everybody to do the same. They are a BIG **** GENTS, we have alternatives to name a few Coricraft and Take a Lot. They never disappoint me. Here what`s happened last: I purchased a desk model "EURO OAK" order # *** for 5699 rands, at @home Canal Walk Cape Town on the 9th of September 2021. The shop attendant told me that the desk would be transferred from Johannesburg to Cape Town as there was no stock in the store. On Monday the 13th of September I received a call from @home Johannesburg to confirm the delivery for Friday the 17th of September 2021. Two days later @home Canal Walk contacted me and told me that there was a quality check problem with the desk. They told me that they need to reschedule the delivery for the 15th of October 2021. ONE MONTH AND SIX DAYS AFTER THE PURCHASE!!! when I was told that stock was available.... (big disappointment)
