@home incorrect collection email and bad follow up service
I have bought furniture online and it has not been a good experience. Firstly collection information provided is not accurate as the collection centre apparently is not open on weekends (despite weekend trading hours on the website when checking out) also only realised this after phoning for an update on my order. I still haven't received an accurate update on my order after emailing and phoning.

31 Mar 2023, 14:00The distribution centre and online support have just let me know I need to collect om Monday. This is not possible for me as I can only collect on the weekend. Which the collection page indicated would be fine.

This is misleading advertising, how can it be in order if my issue has not yet been resolved.

I am awaiting a solution to pick up on weekends as advertised or for the furniture to be delivered at your expense or can it be sent to an @Home store for me to pick up.

I am awaiting a solution to pick up on weekends as advertised or for the furniture to be delivered at your expense or can it be sent to an @Home store for me to pick up.
