@home homeware gift registry (don't waste your time!)

I am seriously angry and disappointed! I opened a gift registry with @home and received some beautiful gifts. There were no names or cards attached. When I called them the 1st time they were able to trace a few emails or first names but not all of them. I called a second time and they couldn't or wouldn't give me any details. How am I supposed to thank my guests if I don't know who bought me presents???!!! I sent an email and they still haven't responded. This is pathetic! If you don't know how to run a gift registry rather leave it to someone who does!!!
