@Home Grove Mall False advertising

On Saturday 12 October I was at @home in the Grove Mall to buy bedside tables. We saw a bedside table with the price marked "On Promotion" and "25 discount". Natasha helped us and we asked her if she has tables in the store room because we would like 2 of them. She then went and fetched the bedside tables and only when she rang them up she realised a problem. We were told that the promotion for these bedside tables was only for the actual one that is on show and not for the extra ones they have in the store room. The store room item will cost more. NO WHERE on the promotion sign did it state this. This is completely false advertising. It doesn't say anywhere that the promotion is for the showroom furniture only and not for the stock in the back. She then called Pretty who came and continued to argue with us. When we then asked if the prices on the items of furniture we see in store aren't the same prices as the items in stock at the back, Pretty then contradicted herself by saying no they are. So why cant we get the item we want for the price that it shows? Pretty said that she will get a manager to call us on Monday by 10:00 to see if they could honour the price. Its now Tuesday and we still have heard nothing from them. I am in the customer service industry myself, so I know how a client should ACTUALLY be treated, and this definitely is not it. @Home will not be seeing me again that's for sure and ill be sure to tell my friends and family of the pathetic service you will receive when stepping into one of their shops.
