@home great company, problem with the profict

Bought a beautiful corner lounge suite that was replaced twice because the seats closest to the arms collapsed. In the end I asked for a refund and they have done so. There’s never been an argument and the likes of Malcolm Johnson have been terrific. Unfortunately it’s now going to cost us 3 times the price but @ home can be completely re**** on to provide fair customer interactions
