@Home Furniture Quality and Poor Customer Service

The furniture Quality of @home is disappointing. I bought a bed and 10 months later it is broken. The online team hasn't been of any assistance to address my issue. I have demanded a refund and they are silent. I also got dining chairs. When one broke I was taken from pillar to post for a good 3 months. I actually fell from the chair. It was never replaced. I drove over 400km to have the chair replaced and I was told that I should have brought the chair which I had clearly sent pictures The quality is terrible. I will never buy furniture from @home ever again. It's beautiful but the quality gets absolutely 0%.
