@Home furniture poor quality and poor service.

I bought a base and mattress from @Home in Sandton in 2018. Less than 2years later the base is falling apart, the support structure is collapsing. I call the sandton store and email a guy called Kabelo Moloko and inform him of what has been happening to their product. I am taken from pillar to post and it’s been over a month now and I have not heard back from them. I am very disappointed and I will not be buying anything from @Home ever again.
