@Home expire gift vouchers for increased profits.!!!!

We have a Voucher card given to us as a gift. We have been out the country for a while and today when I tried to use the card I was told it has expired. How does cash deposited with the Foschini Group expire?? What a fantastic ****. The money does not disappear, they are the custodians of the cash until it is redeemed. Piture this - 50,000 customers R500 vouchers expire - a cool R25Million profit for the group for doing nothing. How does the FSB feel about this? Come on guys this is *******. I want my money!!

Thank you for letting us know about your Gift card.
We are always willing to assist our Guests and if you ever have a problem with this in future you can just ask any store manager and they will email the expired gift cards email address and get it sorted for you.

Please let us know which store you wish to collect your gift card from and we will make the necessary arrangements with them. Please take your ID with you for verification purposes.
