@Home expensive furniture with no quality

I bought a brand new couch at @home in March 2020. Yesterday I sat on it, one of the legs broke 💔. For a.company that prides themselves with quality and style, I was very disappointed that a year in I now need a new couch. I called their call center and they said there's nothing they can do about it.
