@home Doesnt Deliver!

Hi There @home I ordered a couch online, my order still has not been Delivered! Order ***. It was supposed to be delivered on 27 Nov and the rescheduled for 4 Dec. Noone has contacted me to make arrangements and I still don't have my order going on 3 weeks late here. I've called the distribution warehouse and there is no answer, online customer support is also stumped and no one can tell me what the status is or what my delivery date is! Will I ever get my couch?? What is the issue? Does the couch even exist? Why cant anyone tell me what is going on here? I'm really disappointed and frustrated with the lack of communication! Now I have restored to facebook which is not something that I wanted to do in the first place!
