@Home couldn't care less about Customer orders. Managers don't call back.

On the 28th of June 2020 I placed an order for R 3,069.00 for a matching set of 3 x Bath Mats, 3 x towels, 3 x hand towels and 3 x face cloths. Never mind the fact that you receive your order in drips and drabs, but it is now the 5th of August and I have still not received the last hand towel. I have spoken to countless agents about this matter. The facecloth has alleged been at the warehouse since the 2nd of July 2020. I have escalated the matter twice in the past two weeks and requested a call back from a Manager which I was promised would happen by both Octavia and Pearl. To date no-one has bothered to return my call. Both ladies told me the last item was 'lost at the warehouse' and they would probably cancel the order and refund me the money. I told them that I don't want the order cancelled. I spent R3,000 ordering a matching set. I want my last face cloth. I think its disgusting the way I have been treated.
