@home bashonline - NOT RELIABLE AND BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!

Will never ever buy anything from @home online. The online shop is unreliable and the customer service is very bad.

I bought a bed online that was on promotion on the 2August 2023,two weeks passed without delivery or any form of communication from them. I decided to call them on the 15 August to enquire about my delivery,it's then that I got the shocking news that there's actually no bed and they'll refund me,there was no apology and a reason for the cancelation of my order from the consultant. I told the consultant that I don't want a refund but a bed because I've already purchased a mattress for the bed and it's been delivered,I even attached a photo of the mattress standing in the room to show him the mess and frustration they've put me into,but still no apology from their side...THEY DON'T CARE Now I'm stuck with a mattress without a bed!! Refund has not reflected in my account! DON'T BUY ONLINE go straight to the shop if u don't want disappointments!!!
