I am very disappointed with the service provided by @home and their courier company (RAM) I have been waiting for an order I placed on the 18th of November 2024. According to RAM my packages have been in transit from Cape Town since this passed weekend. No one cares about the customer once money has been handed over and RAM has the worst customer service agents I’ve ever encountered
