ASTOUNDINGLY SHOCKING!

So we left a review on the 21st of December the worst couch purchase story ever and we were contacted a few days later by someone that arranged a special delivery for a couch that was already almost a month late so forgive us if it didn’t feel so special but we took it anyway. It also came with a surprise - it was the wrong piece. To smoothen the deal, the delivery team asked us why don’t we keep it anyway and we had to explain how we can’t do much with two of the same sides of a corner couch. Anyway - they took the couch and we have heard absolutely nothing back from anyone since then. That was last week Thursday. We have called the distribution center multiple times to no avail. I mean what the f*ck?
