Appalling Turn Around Times

I am really disappointed in the level of service and extremely poor turn around time from TFG and @Home Design Quarters, my application process has taken well over 5 weeks now, I have been sent from pillar to post and called the call centre numerous times and the store at Design Quarters only to just go around in circles. I thought really high of the @Home brand and now I am starting to doubt it if the level of customer service is this poor
