Appalling service and not adhering to instruction

Hello Peter,<br> I have made an online order with order number P*** on the instructions for the delivery guys I have indicated that they should deliver after 17:00 on a week day and in the Morning on Saturday. Today (24.07.2015) at 9:15 I received a call from the delivery guy that they are at my gate. I have nobody during the day to accept the delivery hence the note that I have made for them. I them phoned the store customer support number and spoke to an agent that was not in anyway helpful either, I think if the instructions that I have sent to the store and the delivery guys are not adhered to then I would rather have the order cancelled altogether. As a customer I should be given the service that I pay for and considering that this is not the first time I make an order online, I should without any shadow of doubt be treated fairly and in a way that makes us all happy. I'm currently not happy and very irritated also by the agent that told me that the instructions are not taken into consideration when deliveries are made. This displays a huge level of incompetence and a lack of respect for customers. I would highly appreciate your assistance Peter in this regard.
