Appalling Service!!!

So incredibly unhappy about the service we just received at @home Paarl Mall. Bought 3 items, 2 of which are these dainty, thin glass dome candles which they only wrapped once in tissue paper putting this into a bag with an orchid in a ceramic bowl. Once I stopped at home to unwrap my new additions, the glass domes were completely crushed!!!

Phone the shop to ask them how to proceed and they answer was simply, it was whole when you bought it?! Should this not have been more carefully wrapped? Especially for the prices, you pay for these items, they now simply expect me to take the loss and move on after years of doing business with them including most of my restaurant and office furniture.

I will most certainly never buy from them again or send anyone their way with an attitude like this.
