Appalling Lack of Follow up from @Homr

After repeated shocking after sales service, jungracious dealing with of my complaint, I requested to have the contact details of the PA to the MD. This request was ignored & my last meesge which I left 3 days ago has remained unanswered. End of my relationship with @homr
