Appalling customer service from @home deliveries

I bought a tv stand from them, they never bothered to call that they were on their way or something to deliver, mean while I was waiting for their call, they just dumped it outside without calling or having me sign for the goods only noticed them around 7pm. It was even supposed to be assembled which was written on the delivery note. So disappointed with their service. I struggled assembling it.
