Amanda to the rescue

So my Breville Espresso machine had a seal that started leaking. This meant that I could not get my morning fix of caffeine......which means I was a grumpy sod.<br> <br> So off I went to @Home in Carlswald Shopping Centre with broken seal in hand to get some much needed assistance. I was greeted by Amanda with a bright smile and a great attitude. I did not know what the part number for this seal was but Amanda came to the rescue and searched through her list and found the part number and put the order in for me.<br> <br> Amanda kept me up to date through the entire process. She let me know the order was successfully placed, when it had been dispatched and phoned me today to let me know it was ready to be collected.<br> <br> I collected and paid today and yet again Amanda gave great service with an award winning smile!<br> <br> Thanks to Amanda and her great service I am now able to have my morning caffeine fix which results in me being alot happier to face each new day!<br> <br> Thanks Amanda you are a great asset to @Home! Keep it up.
