Home Worth NOT worthy!!!!

Good day. I have had a terrible experience with a small Business called Home Worth. The owner of the company agreed to allow my driver to collect the goods from their premises in Ormonde. I notified him who my driver was,his name & description of his vehicle,upon arrival he made my driver feel very inferior,asked for his drivers license,took pictures of his face,his license disc etc. My driver collected the goods and everything was fine thereafter.One of the items I had purchased did not fit the space in my draw that I had bought it for,I requested to have an exchange made and he agreed to send the driver and he’ll do the exchange. On the day my driver had planned to do the exchange I notified him and was told that on that specific day he had no workers on the premises and that “the exchange will be done on his terms when he feels like it” I was stunned to hear someone speak to their customer in that manner. I called him and took him to task and could not believe the attitude I received from this man! I decided I wanted no exchange and instead a full refund.I finally got my driver on route,he called me to say he forgot what the name of the road was,I messaged this guy and he sent me a message saying,check the website my adddress is there. Now,I mean,if that doesn’t show you what type of a person he is then I don’t know. I would certainly never talk to a customer in that way. It costed him too much to simply type out the address and send it. I told my driver to ensure they give him some sort of paperwork that makes note I have returned the item because he is that full of nonsense and very difficult. When my driver requested that he started screaming at my driver and told him he will not sign anything and he will not give my money back and he can call the police but he won’t do anything that he doesn’t want to do. My driver must leave. Such childish behavior from a grown ass man! I am totally disgusted and will NEVER recommend anyone to support such people. My driver was so upset when he left. That man made him feel so inferior! He certainly owes my driver an apology!
